  • One-on-one coaching programs

  • Group coaching programs

  • Membership communities

  • Workshops and webinars

Links to third-party services, including retreat experiences operated through dfwjuneteenthretreat.com (operated by TIH Signature Experiences), may be available on this Site. Such services are governed by separate terms and conditions.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features or purchase services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information

  • Keep your password confidential and secure

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5.2 Payment Methods We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5.3 Payment Plans If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to services and materials.

5.4 Taxes You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

6. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

6.1 Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number on our Site, through a form, or during the purchase process, and by checking the applicable consent box or otherwise indicating your agreement, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Change Purpose Action LLC at the mobile number you provided.

We will process your opt-out request within ten (10) business days. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we may send you a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further marketing text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

6.4 Opting Back In

If you have opted out and wish to receive text messages again, you may re-subscribe by contacting us at Nicole@cpa-coaching.com or by completing a new opt-in form on our Site.

6.5 Help and Support

  • You may receive communications from TIH Signature Experiences regarding the services you have expressed interest in

  • Such communications are governed by TIH Signature Experiences' own privacy policy and terms of service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Any third-party service providers who receive your information are contractually obligated to:

8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

8.1 General Policy All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that coaching services are personalized and require significant time and resources to deliver.

8.2 Membership and Community Programs You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content or materials. To request a refund, you must submit a written request to Nicole@cpa-coaching.com within the 14-day period.

After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your membership.

8.3 One-on-One Coaching One-on-one coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been scheduled or delivered. If you have not yet scheduled your first session, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

8.4 Digital Products and Courses Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us for assistance.

8.5 Group Coaching Programs Group coaching programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced. If you request cancellation before the program start date, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus a 25% administrative fee.

8.6 Retreats and Live Events Retreat and live event tickets are governed by separate terms and conditions. Links to retreat experiences (such as those at dfwjuneteenthretreat.com) are subject to the terms and refund policies of the respective event organizer (TIH Signature Experiences).

8.7 Rescheduling Coaching Sessions You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 48 hours' advance notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

8.8 How to Request a Refund To request a refund (where applicable), send an email to Nicole@cpa-coaching.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, email address associated with your purchase, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.

9. DISCLAIMERS

9.1 No Guaranteed Results Coaching and educational services are intended to provide information, support, and guidance. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and numerous other factors. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to financial results, career advancement, personal transformation, or any other specific result.

9.2 Not Professional Advice Our services are educational and informational in nature. Nothing provided through our services constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

9.3 Not Therapy or Mental Health Treatment Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, frameworks, methodologies, and course materials, is the property of Change Purpose Action LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from this Site without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

11. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe upon the rights of others

  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHANGE PURPOSE ACTION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY

  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES

  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

  • ANY SMS/TEXT MESSAGES SENT OR RECEIVED, INCLUDING DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED MESSAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Change Purpose Action LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Site and services

  • Your violation of any term of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right

  • Any claim that your use of our services caused damage to a third party

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us, including but not limited to dfwjuneteenthretreat.com for retreat experiences operated by TIH Signature Experiences. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with such third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

By using our Site, creating an account, or providing your contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:
